Olitas (little waves) is a one-of-a-kind Mexican restaurant perched atop the Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf, offering guests not only breathtaking ocean views but also a vibrant culinary experience.

Since 2003, Olitas with a passion for authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and creative innovation. Our menu blends the soul of traditional Mexican cuisine with bold, contemporary dishes inspired by the coast and crafted with seasonal, locally sourced produce—many from certified organic farms.

Every day, we prepare an array of specialties that showcase the best of land and sea.
